Warping & Sizing
At Tee Zee Textile, the process of in-house manufacturing of weaving production begins from warping section. There fibers from a great number of reels are warping on beam roll. Process is carried out on warping machine.
Air Jet Dobby Weaving
Tee Zee Textile has the latest and top-class models of air jet dobby weaving which contribute in producing high quality products. The department centrally air conditioned and have versatile suction machines to avoid fluff contamination in product during in-house manufacturing.
Air Jet Jacquard Weaving
Tee Zee Textile is using the modern and up-to-date air jet jacquard weaving model. The machine has the capability to produce highly attractive designed & fancy towels with zero 0% error rate.
Knitting
Tee Zee Textile Textile Mills is following a knitting technique for in-house-manufacturing producing a mostly two-dimensional fabric made from a one-dimensional yarn or thread. Knitted fabric consists of a number of consecutive rows of loops, called stitches.
Continuous Dyeing
At Tee Zee Textile, we endeavor to create new colors. In Bleaching process, we make the fabric look brighter during in-house manufacturing. This is achieved by oxidizing the coloring matters in to colorless form. In Dyeing process, we add color to textile products like fibers and yarns.
Continuous Tumble Drying
In Tee Zee textile finishing unit; dryer uses for dry the knit, woven fabrics and dyed yarn. But the drying process and drying mechanism of yarn and fabrics is different from one to another. The main functions of a textile dryer are to dry the textile fabrics during in-house manufacturing.
Brushing
Tee Zee Textile is using brushing/ raising technique to increase the ability of the fabric to retain heat or provide a thermal barrier. This in-house manufacturing process is very cost effective and can remove the need to buy more expensive materials.
Stentor Finish
Tee Zee Textile is using the technique of stenter for applying finishing chemicals and also shade variation is adjusted. The main function of the stenter is to stretch the fabric widthwise and to recover the uniform width.
Compaction

Lamination
At Tee Zee Textile, laminated fabrics are widely used in high performance apparel where fabrics are required to be waterproof yet breathable.
Automatic Cutting and Length Hemming
We are one of the largest towel manufacturer in Pakistan having highly satisfy customer from USA and Europe. We at Tee Zee Textile believe on automation and productivity. We identify the opportunity to manage our two different process in one time with improve efficiency and quality. With the automation in cutting and long hemming process we have improved our efficiency to a great extent.
Laboratory
At Tee Zee Textile, the textile laboratory technicians usually carry out experiments and tests which are then handed to a senior scientist for interpretation. This includes checking product quality, resilience to corrosion, durability, strength or color matching.
Packaging
We at Tee Zee Textile perform the packaging activity within the metal free zone alike airport system. The department is highly secured with face recognition access control devices, therefore only authorized personnel can get the access. All product in packing area passed through the metal detector machines under QC & CCTV vigilance. Final carton packing process is fully automated, machine itself pack the cartons and push them to conveyer where barcode reading machine update the real-time movement of pack cartons from packing department to warehouse.
Warehousing
We are using fool-proof security throughout the facility. All pack goods stored in centralized warehouse that is secured with access control devices and intrusion alarm system. The system is tested by various customers and third parties and have issued us largest security standard certification (C-TPAT, GSV, SCAN) for our security compliances.
